XRechnung error BR-DE-10: deliver-to city missing
BR-DE-10 requires that a supplied deliver-to address (BG-15, 'DELIVER TO ADDRESS') contains the city of the delivery location (BT-77). The rule applies only when a deliver-to address is present.

Cause
The invoice includes a deliver-to address but the city field of that address was not populated.
Fix
Add cbc:CityName under the deliver-to address. If no separate delivery address is needed, omit the whole BG-15 group.
